Athletic training majors prepare to enter a profession with an anticipated 23% increase in employment between 2016 and 2026 (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). Graduates work in a variety of career settings, including in colleges and universities, professional sports teams, high schools, and middle schools, as physician extenders, and industrial or occupational medicine.
