The MBA curriculum at Lebanon Valley College emphasizes developing strong critical thinking, effective communication, and ethical, evidence-based decision-making skills. MBA coursework balances theory and practical application in order to develop both the knowledge and skills you can use in the workplace.

Our MBA students live and work in the greater Harrisburg and Lancaster region and can complete their MBA in just 12 courses. In addition to the general MBA, we offer an MBA with the following concentration options: Accounting, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Ethics, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management/Logistics.

 

*Students that do not possess a background in business may be required to take additional foundational business courses.
