Lebanon Valley College students visit Hobbiton in New Zealand

The University of Waikato is located in the city of Hamilton, New Zealand's fourth largest city in the north-central region of the North Island, only 90 minutes south of Auckland. The Waikato area offers a wide range of recreational activities with many of New Zealand's major lifestyle just a short drive from the University. These include excellent surfing and swimming beaches, forest parks, lakes, thermal hot pools, and limestone caves.

There is a mandatory set of pre-departure orientations at LVC for all students planning to participate in the program. Students attend an on-site orientation at the University of Waikato.
