Graduate Success

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music degree is designed for students preparing for further graduate study, who want to teach private lessons, or who want to serve a church, among many other goals.
 
Graduates of the most recent five classes work in various music fields or attend graduate school in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. One is even studying in Austria as a Fulbright Scholar (University of Graz and Centre for Systematic Musicology).
 
These music graduates studied or are studying at the University of Florida (French horn performance), University of South Carolina (clarinet performance), University of Alabama (organ performance), University of North Carolina at Greensboro (music performance), Western Illinois University (choral conducting), Kent State University (music education), Binghamton University (instrumental conducting) and Bowling Green State University (music composition), among others. They are working as teachers in middle and high schools, and for various business, including Noisy Little Critter Recordings, Hershey Entertainment, Anderson Audio, Cenero, and The Cutting Room Studios in New York City.
