Undergraduate Tuition and Aid

We craft each one of our financial aid offers to meet your family's specific needs and circumstances.

Throughout your years at LVC, we will be personally available to you to answer your questions and address changes in your life. Scholarships are a big part of the equation, along with manageable loans and work-study options.

For undergraduates, tuition, fees, and room and board for 2019–2020 add up to a total stated cost of $57,110 for resident students and $44,790 for commuters. However, 99% of our undergraduates pay less than this—often, they pay much less. In fact, for the 2019 incoming class, the average total expense was $22,956 for students who filed the FAFSA and demonstrated financial need (includes resident and commuter students).

Graduate Students—Tuition and Scholarships 

Merit-based scholarships are available for graduate students in the MBA, Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Master of Music Education, and Master of STEM Education programs. The $1,000 Valley Forward scholarship is available to alumni, parents, friends of the College, and residents of Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Schuylkill, and York counties who qualify for admission to these programs.

Aid for graduate students includes:

• Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan
• Tuition benefits: Contact your employer's benefits office to find out if your graduate studies are eligible for tuition reimbursement.

To receive aid, you must be enrolled in at least 4.5 credits each semester. Please note that conditionally accepted students are ineligible for federal student aid
