Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Master of Athletic Training, and Master of Speech-Language Pathology

2020–21 academic year

Tuition $49,180
Fees $1,170

Financial Aid Eligibility for Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Athletic Training, and Master of Speech-Language Pathology

  • To borrow federal student loans, students must be registered for a minimum of 4.5 credits per semester and complete the FAFSA. Students who want to borrow over the summer must also complete the summer aid application. The priority deadline to file the FAFSA is March 1. For financial aid purposes, students are now considered to be independent - no parental information is needed on the FAFSA.
  • Since the first bachelor's degree has been earned, students are no longer eligible to receive federal, state, or institutional grants and scholarships.
  • Students enrolled fulltime will be awarded a physical therapy, athletic training or speech-language pathology grant equal to one-third of the graduation tuition rate. For 2019-2020, the amount is $15,992.
  • Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan eligibility is a maximum of $20,500 per year. Unsubsidized means interest will accrue during all periods (enrollment, grace, and repayment).
  • After the full Direct Unsubsidized Loan eligibility is exhausted, students may apply for a credit-based Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan. 4.236% origination (upfront) fee, a fixed interest rate of 7.08%, and no payments required while in school at least half-time.
  • Students may also borrow through a student alternative loan.
