Seating/Location

Tickets are required for admission to the Commencement Ceremony in Sorrentino Gymnasium. An audio and video feed will simultaneously broadcast the ceremony to overflow seating in the Arnold Sports Center Arena. 

The Commencement Ceremony will be broadcast live at www.lvc.edu/LVCtv. 

 

Tickets and General Admission

Tickets are required for admission to the Commencement Ceremony only. Lebanon Valley College will offer three tickets per graduate. Graduating students will pick up these three tickets from the College Store, along with their regalia, beginning April 21. The College Store is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Students who are unable to come during these hours may call the store at 717-867-6312 to make alternate arrangements.

Additional tickets will be made available by lottery. Graduates may request to be entered in the lottery for one additional ticket.  Requests must be made by April 10.  Any additional tickets awarded through the lottery will be included with the other three tickets and will be available for pick up through the College store, as noted above.

Non-ticketed overflow seating will be available in the Arnold Sports Center Arena. An audio and video feed will simultaneously broadcast the ceremony in that location.

 

Travel to Campus and Parking

The best visitor parking is available in the Arnold Sports Center parking lots, located on the north side of campus. Special needs parking will be in the first rows of parking outside the Arnold Sports Center. Drop-off and parking placards will be available for graduates to pickup in the Registrar's Office, beginning April 21.

All traffic may be directed North onto Route 934 when exiting the LVC Sports Center parking lots.

 

Photos

Island Photography will take pictures of graduates as they cross the stage and after they have received their diplomas. If you would like to receive a direct link to the photos, visit www.islandphoto.com. You may register several email addresses to enable friends and family to receive a direct link to this event. Images will be posted within 72 hours of the ceremony. All inquiries should be made to Island Photography at 800-869-0908. Purchase is optional. 

Three photo shoot areas will be set up along the west end of the Arnold Sports Center arena for photos following Commencement.

Additional Details and Resources

• Restrooms for ticketed guests are located on the lower level on the north side of the gym.  Restrooms for those seated in the arena are available in the locker rooms in the west side of the arena.

• An emergency medical technician will be stationed inside the gym at the southwest corner. A wheelchair will be available at the main desk.

• Water stations will be located in 2 areas: outside the main entrance to the Arnold Sports Center, and inside the arena in the middle of the north side.

• The location of the event is entirely handicap accessible. An American Sign Language interpreter will be present for the duration of the ceremony.
