Commencement Weekend

Where and when do we pick up our caps and gowns, tickets, etc.?

All graduates who are walking in Commencement are required to wear a cap, gown, and hood for their discipline.

All orders will be shipped to the College Store and available for pickup, along with a Commencement packet containing tickets and information for Commencement weekend, beginning April 21.

Students needing to make alternative arrangements for pickup should contact the store. Any other questions regarding regalia can be directed to Michelle Biever (mbiever@lvc.edu) or by calling the College Store (717-867-6313).

Can I obtain additional tickets for guests?

Graduates may request to be entered in a lottery for one additional ticket.  Requests must be made by April 12.  Any additional tickets awarded through the lottery will be included with the other three tickets and, along with regalia, will be available for pick up through the College store beginning April 21.

Non-ticketed overflow seating is also available in the Arnold Sports Center Arena. An audio and video feed will simultaneously broadcast the ceremony in that location.
