Group Fitness Classes

Land Fitness Classes 

The Sports Center offers a variety of fitness classes for all ability levels. Our classes are taught by Les Mills certified instructors to guide you through a hugely motivating workout set to amazing chart-topping music.

*Gold members have access to unlimited fitness classes, while senior gold members have access to unlimited fitness classes from 6 a.m.— 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Basic and non-members may attend a fitness class for a drop-in rate of $5 per class.

Balance is a combination class of basic yoga, toning, stretching, and overall balance that is sure to leave you centered and ready. 

Body Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. It is a fat-burning exercise that shapes and tones your body. Body Step is a Les Mills certified program.

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your body and mind. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Using your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for, and fast! Body Pump is a Les Mills certified class.

Lite Power Hour: A combination class that engages aerobics, toning, stretching, and more by using bands and exercise balls. A lively workout to launch your day.


 

Water Fitness Classes

Our water fitness classes are designed to use the buoyancy of the water to help you reach your fitness goals.

H20 Aerobics: A medium- to high-intensity workout that focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and strength. This total body workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The water temperature ranges from 80 to 84 degrees in the main pool.
