All bedrooms are single-sex, even if some houses are co-ed. Each resident is provided a bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet space, and all housing options at Lebanon Valley College are clean-air facilities.
Along with traditional residence life options, LVC also offers special interest communities where students live together in on-campus houses. These communities enable students interested in a particular topic or cause to live and work together in a communal setting and create programming that benefits the campus under the guidance of the Office of Residential Life.
Previous communities have included the Women’s Services and Gender Resource Center, sustainability, mental health awareness, a STEM house for first-year residents, Community Response for Everyone’s Wellbeing, diversity, and wellness.
Room rates for interest-driven housing varies and could fall under traditional, Level 1, or Level 2 costs.
