Archery Club

The Archery Club aims to help students learn and teach new skills. A local archery shooting range offers discounted prices and reserved times for our members to come in and unwind after a busy day and shoot targets with arrows in a safe environment.

Dance Team

The LVC Dance Team provides students the opportunity to continue—or start—their passion for dance throughout college. The team performs at miniTHON, Relay For Life, and holds a Winter and Spring showcase each year. Students may also opt to audition for the Company which performs at pep rallies and basketball games. Practices are held three times a week based on the schedule of the season's members. For more information, feel free to contact danceteamlvc@gmail.com.

Disc Golf Club

Disc golf is played much like traditional golf. Instead of a ball and clubs, however, players use a flying disc, or Frisbee®. A golf disc is thrown from a tee area to a target which is the "hole". Students with any and all skill levels are welcome to join.  The club meets regularly and hopes to compete against area college clubs.

Equestrian Team

The Equestrian Club is a sport club established to promote equestrian activities and provide an opportunity for interested students to ride and learn more about horses. The club gives students the opportunity to participate in intercollegiate shows at all levels from beginner to open and jumping classes.

Indoor Color Guard Club

LVC's Indoor Color Guard is for performers of any skill level to learn an originally composed and choreographed show. We meet weekly and teach skills on equipment such as six-foot flags, rifle, and sabre. They attend at least one competition during the spring semester and often perform at the Dance Team spring showcase. All students are welcome to join. Members meet and practice weekly.

LVSki & Board Club

The LVSki and Board Club gives students the opportunity to go on several ski trips throughout each spring semester. Trips are made to resorts near and far. Open to all students. Active in spring semester only.

Martial Arts Club

An open-minded society striving to incorporate the principles and techniques of varying martial arts. The group's aim is to spread the wealth of knowledge that members bring with them to the club while providing an outlet for students to form bonds with fellow members.

Men’s Volleyball Club

The Men’s Volleyball Club is open to all men interested in volleyball. Group activities consist of matches against other club teams within the Middle Atlantic Conference.

Ninja Warrior Club

Utilizing our local Ninja Warrior course (at nearby Paramount Sports Complex) that offers ninja warrior obstacles based on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior®. They offer open discount gym times and classes for LVC students.

Outdoors Club

The LVC Outdoors Club provides students with opportunities to participate in different activities. Day trips include hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. Each semester there is an overnight camping trip where students have different options for activities based on their interests. Joining the club is a great way to meet other people who enjoy being active in the outdoors. The club holds meetings as needed, typically once a month on Tuesday nights. Please email lvcoutdoors@gmail.com if you are interested in joining or have any questions.

Soccer Club

Club soccer is a co-ed club that meets twice a week to play both outdoors and indoors. We are open to players of all skill levels.

Softball Club

Softball Club is a student-run organization offering an opportunity for students to come together to play softball. Our intent is to branch out and play other area schools to make our club even more competitive.

Spike Ball Club

Regardless of experience and skills, in both a friendly and competitive environment, our goals are to have regular practice sessions and set up open campus-wide tournaments. We hope to travel to or host other colleges to compete in intercollegiate tournaments as the club progresses.

Swing Dance Club

The Swing Dance Club is a student-run organization meant to promote interest and educate students in forms of dance from the earlier 1900s, including but not limited to East Coast Swing, Charleston, Collegiate Shag, and Lindy Hop. In addition to the dance steps, members also learn about musicality and visit several of the local dance venues. The SDC holds one social dance per semester open to campus. In the spring, members will organize a charity dance. Join the club's group on Facebook.

Ultimate Frisbee Team

The Jammin Jackalopes Ultimate Frisbee Team offers students an outlet to have fun and make friends. The Ultimate Frisbee Team is co-ed and open to all students. The team also participates in tournaments in the Fall and Spring semester. If you are interested in joining the team, please contact ultimate@lvc.edu.

Yoga Club

Our club provides a safe and light-hearted space for students to destress and relax through the practice of yoga. All levels are welcome, and we encourage beginners to come give it a try.
