Academic Accommodation: Students with documented disabilities should contact the Center for Accessibility Resources for academic support and/or if they need academic accommodations. Academic Success and Peer Tutoring: The Center for Academic Success offers assistance to students who want to improve their academic performance. For every course, from Accounting to Spanish, tutors who are successful students themselves will help you improve study techniques and assist with time management. Business Office: Questions related to student accounts and billing can be resolved by calling ext. 6300 or visiting the Business Office on the first floor of the Humanities Building. For more information, visit the Business Office.

Breen Center for Graduate Success: The Breen Center for Graduate Success staff is available to assist students in the development of comprehensive career planning. This includes exploring the selection of a major or a change in major, informing students about internships, supporting graduate school application, and assisting with postgraduate employment opportunities. The Breen Center for Graduate Success is located in the lower level Mund College Center. Staff is available for drop-in hours or scheduled appointments. Community Service: Lebanon Valley College encourages its students to get involved in volunteerism and community service. Whether you want to work with children, the elderly, the environment, health care, or any other field, there are many opportunities for you to give back to your community while enhancing your educational pursuits at the College. Commuter Services: Commuters should contact Jen Evans, director of student activities, with any questions or comments. She can be reached at ext. 6164 or in her office in the Center for Student Engagement on the main floor of the Mund College Center. The commuter lounge is located on the lower level of Mund. Computer Access: Limited assistance is available to students needing assistance in accessing their own computers. Contact Renata Williams, assistant dean for engagement and inclusion, at rwilliam@lvc.edu

Counseling Services: Counselors are available to assist students with issues that inhibit their academic or personal growth. The office is located on the second floor of Shroyer Health Center and can be reached at ext. 6232. There is no additional charge for this service. For more information, visit Counseling Services.

Dining Hall Meal Vouchers and Flex Dollars: Students who have unused meal swipes and flex dollars on their plans are periodically invited to donate them. Vouchers are available for students who have used all of their meals for the semester and are in need of emergency access to the Dining Hall. Available in the Center for Student Engagment, Allan W. Dutchmen Career Closet: Provides professional attire to students preparing for interviews, internships, and other professional events. Open Mondays-Friday from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Check in with I.D. at the Fellowship Lounge in the lower level of Frederic K. Miller Chapel. Dutchmen Pantry: Ensuring that every student has access to sufficient daily food, the Dutchmen Pantry makes available non-perishable food items, microwaveable Metz meals, and toiletry items. Students may request entry to the pantry outside of normal operating hours by emailing Jen Liedtka, service & volunteerism coordinator, at liedtka@lvc.edu, or stu-affairs@lvc.edu. Hours are Mondays-Friday from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Check in with I.D. at the Fellowship Lounge in the lower level of Frederic K. Miller Chapel.

Emergency Student Affairs Loan: Students experiencing unexpected financial hardships may be considered for a loan of up to $500. Contact Alice Rulapaugh at rulapaug@lvc.edu.

“Goodwill, But Free” Days: Throughout the year, students and staff are invited to donate gently used clothing that is available for free on a first-come-first-served basis once each semester. Contact Jen Liedtka at liedtka@lvc.edu.

Health Services: Students with health concerns or health insurance issues should contact health services personnel, who are located on the first floor of Shroyer Health Center. Registered nurses are available Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to assist students with health issues. For more information, please call ext. 6232 or visit Health Services.

Housing: Questions related to your housing assignment, room availability, residency requirements, roommate concerns, etc. can be answered by calling ext. 6230 or visit the Office of Residential Life in the Center for Student Engagement in Mund College Center. Intercultural Affairs: The Office of Intercultural Affairs and Inclusive Programs provides counseling for students and gives LVC's community opportunities to further develop a human understanding (cultural heritages, history, literature, disabilities, contemporary issues, cultural etiquettes, art, music, and religions). Information Technology: IT  manages, operates, and supports the College's computer information systems. Call ext. 6072 with questions concerning the campus network, internet connections, and the College telephone system. For more information, visit Information Technology.

Leadership: Leadership at LVC features many opportunities for students to learn and practice important skills that will assist them at LVC and after graduation. The Leadership Development Program provides structured leadership programs, inspiring students to develop their potential to be effective advocates for themselves, their peers, and their communities. Mail: Resident students attending Lebanon Valley College will have an on-campus mailbox. The student mailboxes are located in the lobby of each residence hall. Mail is delivered Monday through Friday.

Packages: Students will receive an email notification if they receive a package. All packages can be received from the mailroom located on the lower level of the Humanities Building.

Public Safety/Parking: Public safety personnel are on duty seven days a week and provide service related to traffic and parking control, campus and residence hall patrols, escort assistance, lost items, and prevention programs. Questions related to safety and parking concerns should be directed to the office by calling ext. 6111 or visiting the office at 148 N. College Avenue. For more information, visit Public Safety.

Registrar: All change of registration forms can be secured from the Registrar's Office including a major change card, withdrawal from course form, add/drop forms, etc. Located on the first floor of the Humanities Building, this office can be reached at ext. 6215. Office of Spiritual Life: The Office of Spiritual Life plays an important role in campus religious affairs, ministering to students from a variety of religious backgrounds or to those with no religious affiliation. The full-time chaplain, who oversees campus spiritual life programs, is also available for counseling. The local Catholic priest provides a weekly mass on campus. The clergy of local Buddhist, Sikh, and Jewish congregations also serve as adjunct College chaplains. Residential Life: Residence halls are staffed by resident assistants who are responsible for assisting residents of the building, enforcing community standards, and providing quality programming. This student staff is supervised by professional staff that is also available to assist you. Student Activities: Want to join or start a club? This office is the place to start! Students are encouraged to actively participate in a broad range of social and educational opportunities.
