Greeting

Welcome to the 2019–20 academic year. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the information in the Student Handbook. It was developed to help you understand the many resources, opportunities, and, of course, policies, and expectations of our campus community. Your handbook contains information that will help you succeed and provides guidelines and expectations for life on the LVC campus.

You are expected to know all policies associated with being a student and always to take responsibility for your conduct. Respect, civility, and open dialogue are core principles of this community. You will discover that as a member of this community, there are MANY opportunities and avenues for personal growth and development. You will have to make important choices and decisions. Some may be easy, while others will be complex. Your ability to meet positively and appropriately this responsibility will be a critical element of your success at LVC. Accessing help, when needed, and optimizing your student experience is your responsibility.

We are committed to providing many diverse opportunities and experiences to assist you and help you prepare for life beyond LVC after graduation. Rest assured that the faculty, staff, and administration of Lebanon Valley College are eager to help.
