Sponsored by the Lebanon Valley Conservancy, Split Estate, an Emmy award-winning documentary film, depicts the impacts of natural gas drilling on property rights, our health, and environment. A panel discussion will follow the film.

Rivers of Garbage: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, the Great Atlantic Garbage Patch & the Lesser Quittapahilla & Swatara Creek Garbage Streams
Leedy Theatre, Mund College Center, 11 a.m.
Presented by Mike Schroeder, this presentation will open your eyes to the mass amounts of garbage dumped in our waterways. Schroeder looks into the who, what, where, why and how. The presentation concludes with a special raffle.

Metz invites sustainable vendors to campus during the lunch hour, offering samples and information to students, faculty, and staff. The lunch menu will feature 90 percent locally produced and/or sustainable products.

Show your support for living sustainably by wearing green on Friday. If Green Man finds you in his favorite color, you’ll receive a prize.

“Wish Tree” installed by Karen Beall, adjunct instructor of ceramics and sculpture

Make your wish for the environment and add your tag to the tree. Watch as the tree blossoms with fruit throughout the week.
