Adjunct Instructor in French

The Department of Languages at Lebanon Valley College is seeking an adjunct instructor with an M.A. or Ph.D. in French or related field, and proficiency in French and English, to teach two elementary French courses for the 2020 fall semester. Adjunct Instructor in Sociology

The Sociology  Department at Lebanon Valley College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach daytime sections for the spring 2020 semester. Instructors will provide academic instruction and student academic support for assigned classes, perform tasks designed to ensure the quality and consistency of academic instruction, and develop instructional methods for assigned course(s) that pertain to learning outcomes. Successful candidates should have a master’s degree, and college teaching level experience. Adjunct Instructor in Economics

The Department of Business, Accounting, and Economics at Lebanon Valley College invites applications for the position of Adjunct instructor in Economics for the Spring 2020 academic term.  This part-time position (with the potential for conversion to full-time) requires a Ph.D. in Economics, though we will consider graduate ABD candidates.  The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses at the introductory and intermediate levels.  Preference will be given to candidates who can teach intermediate macroeconomics and/or Econometrics.  The successful candidate will have opportunity to teach between 1 – 3 classes at the undergraduate level in the Spring 2020 academic term.  Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of teaching philosophy, three confidential letters of reference, and unofficial undergraduate and graduate transcripts through adjunct instructor in economics Review of materials will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

 

Adjunct Instructors in Graduate-Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling

The Lebanon Valley College Psychology Department is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach courses in the Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling scheduled to begin in September 2020.  Teaching areas include professional standards & ethics, counseling processes, human growth & development, social & cultural diversity, abnormal behavior, assessment & evaluation, research methods & statistics, group dynamics, career counseling, cognitive behavior therapy, applied behavior analysis, addiction counseling, trauma counseling, and advanced electives in specialized counseling domains.  Candidates must have a Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D. in a field that supports the counseling-focused mission of the program, as well as relevant preparation and experience in relation to the courses they will eventually teach. Adjunct Instructors, Graduate Business Education

The MBA Program at Lebanon Valley College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach courses in the areas of accounting, finance, business analytics, health care management, operations management, marketing, and supply chain. Qualifications include a combination of an earned doctorate (i.e. Ph.D., DBA, JD) which is preferred, or a master's degree, and professional experience in the field and/or relevant professional certifications. Preference will be given to candidates who have teaching experience. Online and blended delivery experience is preferred. The MBA Program at Lebanon Valley College enrolls working adults in the greater Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon region who take courses towards their MBA degree on a part-time basis.
