Head Women's Lacrosse Coach

The Department of Athletics at Lebanon Valley College seeks a dynamic and successful head women’s lacrosse coach.  The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program including coaching, managing team travel and budgets, recruiting qualified student-athletes, and a secondary responsibility assigned by the director of athletics.  Lebanon Valley teams compete in NCAA Division III in the Commonwealth and Middle Atlantic Conferences. Organizational and planning skills and the ability to identify and recruit prospective student athletes is an essential function of the position. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three year’s progressive college coaching experience is required; head coaching experience is preferred. This is a full time, 12-month position.
