Providing Technology Solutions

The Office of Information Technology is responsible for the management, operation, and support of the College's computer and communications systems. This includes the campus network and Internet connection, servers, desktop and laptop computers, as well as the College's VOIP telephone system, wireless phones and educational technology.

The Office of Information Technology is also responsible for the Dutchman OneCard system, and for the College's administrative information systems used for registration, billing, financial aid, student recruiting, and fundraising. Staff members from Information Technology support faculty and students engaged in the teaching and learning process.

  • Support technology solutions, purchases and training

  • Enterprise information planning, integration, and reporting

  • Internet and custom application development and programming

  • Information Privacy and Security

  • Technology inventory and asset tracking

  • Implement, manage and support enterprise infrastructure

    • Servers, Networks, Telecommunications, Cabling, Two-Way Radios, ID Card

  • Support security cameras and emergency systems

  • Disaster preparation, response, recovery; and provide technology support for emergency response teams
