What is an ePortfolio?

It is an electronic collection of evidence that shows your learning journey over a period of time.  Portfolios can relate to specific academic fields and showcase your passions and personality. Your portfolio can become extremely useful when you go to interview for jobs, internships, graduate school, etc.

An ePortfolio can encompass many things. You can add coursework, reflect on experiences, link social media, add your personality. Your portfolio will grow with you.

 

How do I create an ePortfolio?

• To create your ePortfolio, navigate to: http://portal.lvc.edu/portfolio.
• You will log in with your LVC username and password.
• Use Edit Your Page to make any changes.
• The URL link you are on when editing will also be the link you would share with anyone you wish to view your ePortfolio.
