Coronavirus (COVID 19) Update

The Registrar’s Office is currently operating remotely and will fulfill services and requests electronically. Please refer to our forms to obtain and submit a form electronically (see the relevant form for detailed instructions). For all other assistance, please email registrar@lvc.edu. It is possible our response times will be slower than usual. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.

Fall 2020 Registration

Initial Registration for the 2020-2021 academic year will begin April 15 and end April 23. Registration start times are assigned according to completed academic credits and can be found in Access LVC student planning. Returning students will be able to make changes online, through May 15, 2020. Online registration will reopen, for returning students, August 4 and will remain open through the end of the add/drop period.

Summer 2020 Registration

Summer registration will begin Feb. 3. Current students may register online via AccessLVC. Visiting students will need to submit a visiting student registration form and will be notified upon confirmation of registration. The undergraduate cost per credit is $485.

Spring 2020 Registration

The deadline to withdraw from a course or change to/from pass/fail status has been extended to April 29. This gives students additional flexibility. Please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@lvc.edu.

Winter Break Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Summer Hours

Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday, 8 a.m. to noon

Closed Days

The office is closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and the day following, The Christmas holiday period (Dec. 24 through Jan. 1).
