To ensure they graduate on time and maximize their educational opportunities, students are strongly encouraged to review their progress toward their degree and plan their courses into the future in AccessLVC on an ongoing basis. Students can see a brief overview of how course planning works.

Students may view a progress report (“My Progress”) to track their progress toward various degree requirements, including General Education or Constellation, and all declared majors, minors, and specializations (please see the process for declaring these options).

For more information on graduation requirements, please consult the catalog. Students are expected to review their AccessLVC progress reports with their advisor each semester.

Considering a New Major?

AccessLVC can also help students view progress towards any other major. Students should select the "view a new program" option under "my progress" to see their options. Major changes must be declared through the Registrar's office to be official.
