Big Interview is an online system that combines training and practice to help improve your interview technique and build your confidence. The program offers virtual mock interviews, a database of interview questions, a video training curriculum, and more.

At the Breen Center for Graduate Success, we help LVC students develop and implement their career plans and graduate/professional school pursuits. We play a unique and complementary role in the overall educational experience of both undergraduate and graduate students by helping them develop or refine the skills needed to successfully navigate the workplace. We join the college to "inspire and prepare students to find careers that reflect their values and lead to lives of connection and meaning." Breen Center staff and trained student Career Peers take an active one-on-one approach to career preparation, starting the fall of first-year. This past fall, 95% of first-year students met with a career coach and completed a personality assessment. This spring, more than 91% of the first-year class visited the Breen Center to have their first college résumé assessed.
