Makenzie Kelley '19

Valley Experience: A member of the women's lacrosse team, Kelley cites an appearance in the conference championship game as one of her best LVC memories. "Having the experience of being a student athlete at the collegiate level was something that I would not trade for anything."

 


Doug Keeney '18

Doug Says: "The liberal arts focus at LVC prepared me most for this experience. Being able to think from a micro and macro scale was important when working on such big projects along with being able to communicate with others via writing and presentations to superiors."

Bryce Says: "My favorite time at The Valley was coming back from studying abroad in New Zealand and seeing how that semester away really changed who I am. I was much more confident and poised to tackle any problem or task at home because of the independence I had gained from studying abroad. My experience abroad has been, by far, the most impactful experience of my life, and I strongly encourage every student to take the leap and travel abroad."
